TICKET PURCHASE POLICY


AGREEMENT OF THESE TERMS IS EQUIVALENT TO A DIGITAL SIGNATURE ON A CONTRACT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER IS NOT PERMITTED AFTER THE ORDER IS PROCESSED.


  • The occasion for which the tickets are purchased for is here after referred to as the Event.

  • The premises of the Event is hereafter referred to as the Venue.


Who We Are

  • AdrenalineY2K, Inc. d/b/a Global Adrenaline.Net is an entertainment and marketing company that organizes, promotes, and manages events. AdrenalineY2K, Inc. often makes tickets available for its events and will handle each transaction and collect payment for these tickets on this website.


  • AdrenalineY2K, Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of the information contained here.


Liability

  • The purchaser of the ticket(s) assumes any and all liabilities as to the risks and dangers that may result from the Event and waives any claim for loss or damage whatever the cause, incurred or suffered, whether occurring before, during or after the Event.


Ticket Pricing and Payment

  • Depending on the ticket handling procedure for the Event, a service charge may be applied to each ticket. This fee covers such expenses as ticket processing, merchant fees, shipping and handling, administrative procedures, etc. You will be notified of this charge on the cost summary page before you complete your transaction. Please note that service charge is non-refundable.


  • AdrenalineY2K, Inc. accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.


  • A transaction receipt will be emailed to the email address you provided. Please print and save a copy for your records.


Ticket Delivery / Pick-up Options


  • Will-Call: If you choose to pick up your tickets at will-call, please bring photo ID & the matching credit card used to purchase the tickets. All Will-Call tickets must be picked up at the same time. Not being able to pick up your tickets from Will-Call because you do not have the above items is not grounds for a refund. Your ticket(s) will be waiting for you at the entrance of the venue at the event start time.


  • Print At Home/E-Ticket:If you've selected the E-Ticket option, you will receive your E-Tickets attached to your order confirmation email upon completing your purchase. Bring a photo ID (if applicable), your printed out E-Tickets and present them at the event gate for admission.


  • Ticket Mail-Out: If you selected a mail-out option, arrival dates and shipping cut off dates are:

    • Arrive in 3-5 business days via express mail. Cut off is 5 business days.

    • Arrive in 5-7 days via regular mail. Cut off is 5 business days.

    • Arrive in 1-3 days via FedEx. Cut off is 3 business days. Please note that FedEx does NOT ship to PO boxes.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • Please ensure that you will be able to check your mail within 7 days of completing your order.

    • We currently do not ship outside Canada or the United States.

    • Tickets can not be shipped to a PO Box address.

    • If you enter an undeliverable address you will not receive a refund. Hence, if the package needs to be resent additional shipping fees will apply.

    • Note: Not all tickets have mail-out options. Some tickets only have advance pick-up and/or will-call options.


Refunds / Exchanges

  • All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.

  • In the event that an exchange is approved, the full purchase price of the ticket will be refunded less any service charges, transaction charges, and/or shipping and handling fees.

  • Should a refund be issued, it will be by the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used, the refund can only be issued to that particular card. Service charges and transaction fees are not refundable.

  • Regardless of situation such as inclement weather, natural disasters, extended waits in line at the venue, supporting artist cancellation, family emergencies, and medical emergencies - a refund will not be issued.

  • Tickets are void if declared stolen.

Event Entry

  • Entry into the Venue and Event is up to the discretion of the Venue and / or the Promoter with regard to ticket-holder's age, attire, or state of health.

  • It is the Venue and / or the Promoter's responsibility to check tickets and identification at the event.

  • The rules enforced or displayed on the premises of the Event apply to the use of the ticket(s) purchased.

  • The Venue or the Promoter reserves the right to refuse access to the Event or evict any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate with or without a refund.

  • Ticket holders may be searched at the entrance of certain events.

  • Ticket holders may be prohibited to enter with alcoholic beverages.

  • Cameras or any other type of recording devices may be prohibited.


Privacy Policy

  • AdrenalineY2K, Inc. does not store any of your credit card information in house; for security reasons, all data is stored with our transaction gateway provider

  • AdrenalineY2K, Inc. may from time to time send out communication pieces either by direct mail and or email to notify customers about upcoming specials. In the event that you wish to no longer receive emails from us, simply click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email and you will automatically be removed from our list.
